Micro needling
Outstanding results in treating sagging skin, acne scars, fine lines and boosting collagen
Micro needling can significantly improve the skin and reduce the appearance of:
Micro-needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a cosmetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles. This process creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely, creating smoother, brighter, healthier skin with improved texture and tone.
Results can be seen after one treatment but multiple treatments are recommended for the best results.
RF Microneedling
RF Microneedling, or Radiofrequency Microneedling, is an advanced skin treatment that combines the benefits of microneedling with the power of radiofrequency (RF) energy. This minimally invasive procedure targets skin concerns such as wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and overall skin texture.
During the treatment, tiny, fine needles are used to create micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates the body’s natural healing process. At the same time, RF energy is delivered deep into the skin layers, stimulating collagen and elastin production for tighter, smoother, and rejuvenated skin.
RF Microneedling is effective for a variety of skin concerns, including:
This procedure requires minimal downtime, with most clients experiencing redness or slight swelling for just a few hours to a couple of days. For optimal results, multiple sessions are usually recommended.
Ideal for all skin types, RF Microneedling is a safe and effective solution for those looking to enhance their skin's appearance and achieve a more youthful, radiant complexion.

Chemical Peels
How do they work ?
Chemical peels are cosmetic treatments that involve the application of a chemical solution to the skin to exfoliate and improve its texture. These solutions cause the top layers of the skin to peel off, revealing smoother, more even-toned skin underneath.
Chemical peels can be used to treat a variety of skin concerns:
These are all superficial peels with no down time and no pain!
Results can be seen after 1 treatment however for optimum results a course of peels is recommenced.

Dermaplaning
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a sterile surgical scalpel to gently exfoliate the surface of the skin, removing dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, also known as "peach fuzz". This process helps to reveal smoother, brighter skin and can improve the effectiveness of skincare products by allowing them to penetrate more deeply into the skin.
During the treatment we can remove 3 to 4 weeks of dead skin cells and vellus (fine facial hair).
We use a enzymatic serum to enhance results.
Results are visible immediately.
Derma planning is great priming treatment for a chemical peel as it removes the dead skin allowing it to absorb the product . (SEE PRCIE LIST FOR DISCOUNT ON DERMA PLANNING AND CHECMICAL PEELS OFFER).
Its recommend to have one dermaplaning session per month
Skin boosters & Polynucleotides
These are amongst our favourite products at Milnes & Green Aesthetics. These products are great for everyone, more so if you wants results without looking “done”.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides have been used in the NHS for over 20 years to aid in healing wounds, damaged skin, and scar tissue. Their remarkable ability to enhance skin texture, tone, and vitality makes them a sought-after solution for individuals seeking revitalised, youthful-looking skin.
This a great skin boosting product and one of the few that is suitable to use around the eyes
For best results we recommend 2 treatments initially (2-4 weeks apart) with a top-up session around every 9-12 months to maintain the results. Unlike dermal fillers which offer instant results, polynucleotide treatment requires some patience, with best results seen 2-3 months following treatment.
Lumi Eyes
Lumi Eyes is a type of tissue stimulator that is specifically designed for use in needle Mesotherapy treatments around the eyes and tear trough area. Unlike other treatments, Lumi Eyes does not cause side effects such as lymphoedema (swelling).
This high-quality product contains polynucleotides that have a strong tissue-regenerating effect, helping to repair damage to the dermis. The Lumi Eyes treatment effectively hydrates and rejuvenates the skin tissue while reducing symptoms of fatigue and skin discoloration.
The active ingredient, polynucleotide PDRN, works to regenerate damaged tissues, restore volume, and smooth the skin while providing deep moisturization. PDRN is a low molecular weight complex that helps to repair cells and damaged tissues from the inside out. It stimulates collagen synthesis and helps to restore DNA chains, leading to increased production of elastin to tighten skin. Additionally, glutathione provides antioxidant effects during the bio-revitalisation procedure.
Skin Boosters
At Milnes & Green we love Profhilio skin boosters.
Profhilo is a hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment that provides firm, plump, dewy, healthy and brighter looking skin through deep hydration. It is very effective anti-ageing treatment, providing an overall lift effect. With on of the highest hyaluronic acid concentrations on the market, Profhilo treatment not only hydrates and stimulates the skin, but also remodels ageing and sagging skin tissues. It is clinically proven to improve skin hydration and texture from the inside out
We use the 5 point BAP technique. The BAP technique is also referred to as the Bio Aesthetic Points technique. The BAP technique is spread across the malar and sub-malar areas of the face. In simpler terms, these injections are spread evenly across the face, with five injection sites on each side of the face.
The face and neck are the most typical treatment regions, but it can also be used on the décolletage and hands, to effectively treat skin laxity. Men and women of various ages and skin types can benefit from this ground breaking treatment.
At the start, you will need two treatments one month apart, then one treatment every 4 - 6 months for maintenance.
Derma Fillers
What are dermal filers? Dermal fillers are used for facial aesthetic treatments and are injected into the skin.
They are designed to effectively reduce the appearance of unwanted wrinkles, contour and create volume, and to revitalise the skin.
Dermal fillers are based on Hyaluronic acid which is a substance that naturally exists in your body.
Hyaluronic acid is a sugar molecule that exists naturally in almost all living organisms. It binds water and can act as a lubricant and shock absorber in movable parts of the body such as joints. It is also important for the transport of nutrients and in regulating water balance in skin.
Dermal fillers work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid. Dermal fillers revitalise and add volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, giving a natural softer look. Dermal fillers are a soft injectable gel consisting of stabilised, non-animal hyaluronic acid. The gel is tissue-friendly and closely resembles the hyaluronic acid that exists naturally in the body.
It is long-lasting but not permanent.
Dermal filler injections provide an easy way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, smooth the skin and give a more youthful appearance. The result of a single treatment can be seen instantly and can last for around 6 to 9 months. Dermal filler injections can give a natural looking result that does not affect facial expression.
As your face changes over time, dermal fillers allow you to control your looks subtly as you age.
Dermal fillers can be used to smooth away facial lines and wrinkles, create fuller lips and shape facial contours, such as cheeks and chin allowing the revitalise.
Dermal fillers are typically regarded as safe when administered by a skilled aesthetic injector, but there is always a chance of complications, unpleasant reactions, or side effects, just like with any medical procedure or treatment.
To minimise these risks, choose a qualified and experienced aesthetic practitioner who uses high-quality dermal fillers. It is also essential you disclose any medical conditions, allergies, and medications that may affect the procedure.
At Milnes & Green we are fully trained, skilled injectors and fully Insured.
Jawline Filler
The jawline gives definition and contour to the face and is perceived as particularly attractive when it is clearly defined. Unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with a distinctive chin line. However, a jawline definition can be regained or achieved with a jawline filler treatment.
Immediate results with no downtime.
Cheek Filler
Cheek augmentation with dermal fillers is an effective option to restore lost volume and improve contour
Nasolabial fold
Nasolabial Folds (also known as laughter lines or smile lines) are common lines that form between the corners of the mouth and the nose due to lost volume and reduced production of collagen. These folds can be treated with fillers
Tear trough Filler
A tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek, and as we age we can experience volume loss in this area which can leave dark circles, shadows and hollows around the delicate under-eye area. This can often make us look tired, older, haggard and run down, even when we are perfectly rested and well hydrated.
This can be easily treated with a non-surgical tear trough dermal filler.
Nose filler ( Non surgical Nose Job )
The nose is an area of insecurity for a number of patients. Non-surgical rhinoplasty also called a nose job, is a safe alternative to surgery. In this procedure, derma Filler is used to reshape the nose. It is an affordable option for people who want to change the nasal shape and see instant results with a fast recovery.
Lips
One of the most popular of all Aesthetic Treatments! It’s an injectable Dermal Filler treatment used to add volume and shape to your lips.

Anti-wrinkle injections
Wrinkles; Once these signs of ageing appear on our faces, they seem to be everywhere. They may be around the eyes, on your forehead, your neck, near your mouth…We all wish we could hold back the tides of time and stay at our perfect age forever — but sadly we can’t.
Anti-wrinkle injections can’t be used as a time machine, but it can keep you looking young. This non-surgical wrinkle reduction treatment is short and sweet, helping you retain your youthful beauty at a fraction of the cost of surgery.
If you don’t want to rock the look of a weathered wise soul quite yet, we can help rejuvenate your face and keep your skin looking fresh for longer.
Anti-wrinkle injections DON’T have to mean a frozen expressionless look, they can help to soften the signs aging whilst retaining movement. You can discuss the required outcome at your first consultation
How Do Anti-Wrinkles injections work?
Using injections, we can significantly relax the muscle tissue in specific areas of your face affected by wrinkles.
Over time, the dermal collagen in our skin weakens. Gravity and exposure to the sun then cause lines and creases. As your muscles relax, the skin softens and becomes smoother.
We’ll start the process by finding out which parts of your face you’d like to address. We’ll then identify exactly where we need to inject to provide maximum effectiveness. Next, we’ll inject the precise amount of antiwrinkle injections needed to give you the perfect results.
Because it’s virtually pain-free and so straightforward, you can usually go back to your normal routine immediately. However, we would suggest avoiding laying down, drinking alcohol, or playing sports on the same day.
After one to two weeks, it’ll take effect and you’ll see a big difference. The benefits of the anti-wrinkle injections will last for a few months, after which time you can top up your treatment with further injections.
Anti wrinkle injection sites : common areas for treatement
Forehead Lines: These are horizontal lines that run across your forehead, which are noticeable when you raise your eyebrows. Anti wrinkle injections can relax these muscles, reducing the appearance of these lines.
Frown Lines (Glabellar Lines): These lines appear between your eyebrows when you frown. Anti wrinkle injections can soften these lines, making them less prominent.
Crow’s Feet: These are the fine lines that radiate from the corners of your eyes, usually more pronounced when you’re smiling or laughing. Can help to smooth these wrinkles.
Bunny Lines: These are wrinkles that appear on the sides of your nose when you laugh or smile. Anti wrinkle injections can help to reduce their appearance.
Gummy Smile: Some people’s upper lip, elevates too far above their upper teeth when they smile, exposing a large portion of their gums. Injections can lower the upper lip to reduce the visibility of the gums.
Dimpled Chin (Cobblestone Chin): Some people have a chin that appears dimpled or bumpy. Injections can relax the muscles in the chin area to smooth out its appearance.
Neck Bands (Platysma Bands): These are the vertical bands that start to appear on the neck as we age. Anti wrinkle injections can help to soften these bands, making them less noticeable.
Lip Lines (Smoker’s Lines): These are the fine lines that appear around the mouth due to age, smoking, or using straws frequently. Anti wrinkle injections can be used to soften these lines.
Downward Smile: Injections can weaken the muscles that pull down the mouth causing a downwards looking smile.
